Girl, Find Your PowHER!

You just need to know where to look for your powHER!

I recently collaborated with some talented professional women in my area and hosted a PowHERful LeadHERship summit.

We came together for one night to encourage women that they each are gifted with their own powHER and equipped them with the information on how to use it and it was a BLAST!

By coming together to share each of our strengths for the benefit of helping others, we were able to bring so much more value to our audience.

It was a fantastic way to authentically share what our individual businesses are all about while empowering others to pursue their own powHER.

While I’m not going to share the topics from the event I can give you some tips on finding your powHER.

Priorities. What are yours? If you don’t know what you’re fighting for (relationships, health, finances, business) how will you protect them?

Opportunity. What opportunities are in front of you right now? Where can you go, who can you go to? Opportunity only presents itself to those who are ready to receive it and recognize it.

Work! Nothing works if you don’t. Not a relationship, taking care of yourself, your bank account and certainly not your business. So make a plan and then work the plan. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but there has to be measurable progress.

Help. Do you need it? Is the gap from where you are and where you want to go too much for you to handle or figure out alone? Maybe it’s time for a coach.

Expectations. Are your expectations realistic? Too high so that you are purposely missing the mark – really, it’s a thing…read this

Rest. Sometimes you need a real break. Time to renew, refresh, regain perspective…take it, but don’t get stuck there!

There you have it, some tips to find YOUR powHER girl! I hope you find this website and blog to be all about empowHERing YOU!!
