What’s your ONE?

One choice, one year ago, one word, one smile, one more step…

Did you ever stop to think about the power of just one of these?

I know for me, there have been a lot of “ones” that have altered my direction, perspective and influence, both good and not so good…

BUT in some way, those “ones” got me to where I am today andI am thankful.

Thankful because I’ve realized the power of these “ones” and how impactful it can be with some prioritized focus.

As a matter of fact, it was one year ago that I started blogging. You can read my very first blog post here . (I don’t think I ever went back and read that first one again til now)

It’s the second one that I go back to often because I need the reminder that it’s always redemption season.  Especially since it seems these days I’m in need of some sort of redemption EVERY day, not just every “season”! How about you?

Hey, it’s never about how many times we get knocked down, it’s how many times we get UP right?! Probably won’t be easy, most times it’s embarrassing and sometimes even messy, but I promise it’s better than just lying there!

Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit emotional…stay with me here – not in a boo-hoo kind of way, but in a way of more of an uber ENCOURAGER.

I’m finding more and more women have forgotten that they are VAL!

VAL, we have got to pull ourselves together (here’s a visual for you) and remember WHO we are – Valuable Amazing Ladies!!

So if you are feeling knocked down today, uninspired or even feeling unsupported please know that I am praying for you, pulling for you and are the reason I write a weekly blog, speak at seminars & workshops and even create programs…all in an effort to ENCOURAGE you in your faith, your everyday life and even your business!

I’d love to hear about YOU and what you do to remember that you ARE VAL!!
