If You’re Not Winning Maybe You Need A Coach!

Whether that coach is for an athletic team, an executive team or even an individual, the expected end result is the same – to win.

Coaches are hired to win.

What would be a win for you right now?

A new client/customer, a promotion/raise or recognition/award.

Rocking your next presentation!

A good night’s sleep.

An answered prayer.

A balanced account and/or diet.

The right size/weight/measurement.

Living beyond paycheck to paycheck.

Quality time with loved ones to re-charge, connect…a vacation!

Time for a hobby or an actual hobby.

Having & sticking to your boundaries (saying “NO” without guilt!).

I’m sure your list is similar to this and you can think of even more – I know I can!

Here’s the thing – we can all identify what a win would be for each of us, but we don’t know what to do beyond identifying it!

Enter, a coach.

Coaches can often get a bad rap when it comes to their role.

Maybe you picture someone barking out orders, telling you what to do and how, when and where to do it.

For the record, that is a trainer/training.

Training has a significant role in getting us from where we are to where we want to be – we need skills and training is where we get or improve them.

Coaches, however, focus on the who, the what and the why.

Would you consider it a win if your mindset moved you to:

  • the right actions or you felt
  • a purpose behind what you do

Would you consider it a win if you could become your best, not just strive to do your best?
